CooMeetYou is built around anonymous, sign-up-free video chat, so this policy is short on purpose: there is very little data to explain. Below is exactly what passes through our hands when you use coomeetyou.com, what happens to it, and the rights you have over it.

Because CooMeetYou asks for no account, there is no registration profile behind your visits — no name, no email address, no password on file. When you open the site, our servers see the technical minimum needed to run a video session: your IP address and approximate region, your browser and device type, and whether your camera and microphone are available.
We also keep anonymous usage statistics — which pages get visited, how long sessions last, where people drop off — through standard analytics tools. These numbers describe crowds, not individuals, and they exist so we can tell whether the site is fast and whether new pages actually help.
Calls on CooMeetYou are live streams between two people. The video and audio travel through our servers only so the two sides can see and hear each other in the moment — they are not saved, not stored, and not reviewed later. When a call ends, the stream is gone.
Text messages sent inside a chat live only for that session as well. We do not keep a searchable archive of conversations, and we could not show you your own chat history even if you asked, because none exists.
We do not sell personal data, rent it, or trade it to data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles from your behavior, and we do not show interest-based ads at all. Coins you buy are processed by third-party payment providers who receive only what a transaction requires — we never see or store your full card details.
You may ask us what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Given how little we keep, most deletion requests amount to removing a support email thread — but the right is yours regardless, and we honor it promptly. Write to [email protected] with "privacy request" in the subject line and we will take it from there.
Anything unclear in this policy goes to the same inbox: [email protected]. A person reads it and replies — usually within two working days.
